So I was running up massive hills last night and then it dawned on me that I was training for something. I have been training for the Point to Pinnacle for the last month but had not yet registered. So last night I got back to work and I signed right up. The business team is in and if you haven’t already signed up you can do it here  http://www.pointtopinnacle.com.au/. Ellis Remedial Therapies is the team name. If you have already signed up just pop in there and add yourself to the team. This year we have team shirts available for $15 I have the proof and they will look great! I just need to know numbers so I can order them so if you are joining the team and would like a shirt please let me know a size and I will add it to the list. Anyone can do the P2P! It’s hard, its mentally tough, but once you cross that finish line and get that bag of lollies in your hand and that finishers medal around your neck the feeling of exhaustion leaves and is replaced by elation and pride. Don’t be scared, give it a go.

This Friday September 9th SaBaR for athletes will be having a pop up store here at Ellis Remedial, 3 Maxwell Street Moonah, from 2pm-6pm. SaBaR (Swim and Bike and Run) is a local business with local designer Noella Buchanan producing some funky colourful garments for women of all sizes . The garments are 100% Australian made and designed. The SaBaR shorts will be on display for you to try and purchase on Friday. The feedback from those who already have these shorts has been fantastic and I will be keen to get into a pair myself. Come on in on Friday and support a local designer giving it a go.
