I was lucky enough to discover Lucas after I needed some work on my poor sore body! It was a great coincidence that I had just started Olympic weightlifting training and Lucas had a background in this sport and coupled with his expert knowledge of how the body works he was a great match for me! He helped my body stay in good working order in the lead up to a recent comp, I've realised stretching and foam rolling can only do so much! I am currently having regular appoinments with Lucas which are a lovely thing to look forward to in my schedule! Lucas is respectful, professional and very knoledeable, highly recommended!
