Nikki Ellis is the founder of Ellis Remedial and a highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapist with over a decade of full-time clinical experience.

She graduated from Island Health College in 2013 and has been committed to helping clients move and feel better ever since.

Nikki has a strong background in sports therapy, having worked extensively with athletes across a wide range of disciplines, including:

In 2018, Nikki joined the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) on the Australian circuit, where she continues to work alongside world-class physiotherapists and elite athletes. While she specialises in Deep Tissue Therapy, Nikki customises every treatment to suit the individual.

Danny Pullbrook

  • Remedial Massage Therapist

Danny is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, having completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage in February 2023. With a strong interest in sports massage, he brings both professional training and personal experience to his practice.

A former elite road cyclist, Danny competed for several years with the Tasmanian Institute of Sport (TIS) road cycling team, finishing his racing career in 2016. This athletic background gives him a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, and the critical role massage plays in both injury prevention and recovery.

Danny is passionate about helping clients achieve their physical goals—whether that’s returning from injury, improving performance, or simply moving without discomfort. He takes a holistic approach to treatment, using a broad skill set to deliver long-lasting results tailored to each individual.

Dedicated to continual professional development, Danny is committed to expanding his knowledge and refining his techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Jen MacGibbon

Jen is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. With a strong background in athletics—particularly in professional running—Jen brings a deep understanding of the physical demands on the body and the importance of maintaining it through every stage of activity and recovery.

Her own positive experiences with remedial and sports massage inspired her to pursue formal training in the field. Now, she’s passionate about helping others achieve the same benefits she once received—supporting clients in staying active, healthy, and pain-free.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing muscular tension, or simply aiming to maintain an active lifestyle, Jen takes a collaborative and personalised approach to treatment. She works closely with each client to ensure their goals, needs, and wellbeing are always at the centre of care.

Lauren Anderson

Lauren is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. Since graduating with her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2023, she has been dedicated to expanding her skills and delivering effective, client-focused care.

Shortly after graduation, Lauren completed a Modern Cupping course to enhance her treatment options and regularly integrates cupping into her sessions for improved therapeutic outcomes.

Specialising in Deep Tissue Massage, Lauren enjoys the challenge of working with a wide range of clients and adapting her approach to meet individual needs. Her treatments are designed to address pain, tension, and dysfunction—always with the goal of improving her clients’ overall wellbeing.

In 2025, Lauren embraced a new chapter as a first-time mum and is currently enjoying this special time with her growing family. She looks forward to returning to the clinic soon and continuing to help clients feel their best.

Leah Ralph

Leah is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who graduated in February 2023. With a keen interest in sports massage and deep tissue therapy, she brings both skill and passion to every treatment.

Leah has worked with a range of professional athletes, including members of the Tasmanian JackJumpers (NBL), professional cricketers, and elite netballers—giving her valuable experience i supporting high-performance bodies through injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimisation.

Before pursuing massage therapy, Leah worked as an archaeologist—a career that involved a different kind of deep work: digging for relics and uncovering history. Her love of exploration and problem-solving now translates into her massage practice, where she takes a hands-on and inquisitive approach to identifying and treating muscular dysfunction.

When she’s not in the clinic, Leah also works as a teacher’s aide, supporting young learners in the classroom. Her calm, grounded presence and diverse background make her a therapist who connects easily with people from all walks of life.

Leah is passionate about helping her clients feel stronger, move better, and return to doing what they love—pain-free.

Matteo Grilli

Matteo is passionate about helping people move more freely, feel energised, and live with less pain. Using a blend of remedial massage techniques, he focuses on relieving muscular tension, reducing discomfort, and supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

He finds great reward in helping clients experience the positive effects massage can have on pain, stress, recovery, and overall lifestyle. Matteo is committed to creating treatments that not only target the source of discomfort, but also leave clients feeling refreshed, balanced, and better able to enjoy daily life.
